DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes we do ship worldwide, with the exception of a few countries (that will be unavailable during checkout). You will receive notification of shipment with full tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and available warehouse stock and location.
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking information and a tracking link is included in every order confirmation email.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. To initiate your return please contact us via email@example.com. Any un-authorised returns may result in refunds being delayed.
If you receive an item that is either damaged or working incorrectly please send us visual proof (such as a picture or video) so that we can assess the item's conditions and decide upon the proper course of action.
All items must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit these criteria.
Please follow the instructions we provide upon initiating the return so that the refund can be properly processed. If you do not follow the instructions then we cannot guarantee that your refund can be processed.
Buyer is responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.
